Title:
Service Coordinator
Duties:
Communicate with Clients to ensure that all their needs and expectations are addressed
Maintain old business client relationships and process renewals
Acquire new service clients by deploying trusted sales strategies
Coordinate with team members to keep workflow on track
Liaison between customer and the monitoring entity for account setup and management
Manage all service-related paperwork, order material, activate 3rd party services to establish accounts
Communicate with customers to identify service requirements, define scope and determine how to meet objectives
Prepare proposals and estimates based on field review of site conditions and system specifics
Adhere to budgets by monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving measures
Apply for and submit permit application and fess to AHJs
Meet with AHJ as required to discuss submittal, code requirements and gain approval
Point contact for all service-related inquiries either by phone, email or referral
Scheduling of material and human resources to meet timeline
Qualifications:
Effective and personable communicator
Ability to discuss technology solutions with confidence
Interpersonal skills needed to maintain strong client relationships
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Proficient at using Word and Excel
Education:
Mechanical Engineering Degree
Business Administration Degree
No prior field experience necessary
