On Monday, July 5, 2021, CEO Kurt Brinkman (Intrepid Electronic Systems, Inc.) was awarded fellowship in Academy of Electrical Contracting. Fellowship in the Academy of Electrical Contracting is one of the highest honors bestowed upon an individual in our industry. The Academy of Electrical Contracting honors outstanding leaders in the electrical contracting industry, and it preserves and utilizes their wealth of experience and knowledge for the benefit of the industry.
With 20+ years of experience in the construction industry, Kurt has demonstrated exceptional leadership, outstanding service and numerous years of dedicated effort in the electrical contracting field. Since 2002, Kurt has been heavily involved with NECA (National Electrical Contractors Association) serving as President of NorCal NECA for 5 years and Governor of the NorCal NECA Chapter for 2 years, while managing NECA Government Affairs, NECA Manual of Labor three cycles, NECA Political Leadership Council, and Technology Systems Integration Task Force. As a NECA contractor, Kurt actively participates in different activities to promote the construction industry globally with fellow NECA members.
Later this year, at the 2021 NECA Convention, the Chapter will host a welcoming celebration, introducing Kurt into the Academy.
